Asha, the Definition

Me:
Pretty standard actually, raised in Colorado Springs and still living there.  NOT such an art-centered community... Canada tried to kill me for two years of college but a year in France changed my life. For forever.  Living the dream in Russia for a semester almost froze me to death but it was totally worth it.  The Hermitage lends a whole new meaning to opulence and extravagance!  Two years ago it occurred to me that I truly love sculpting and it was time to admit my dreams.  So I dove in.  Right as the economy nose-dived for serious.  What FUN!!!!  Most of what I do is very quick when it comes to the actual fabrication.  Sometimes it takes me weeks or even months to actually envision the entirety of my pieces in my mind before I start the hands on part.  Music is my muse.  I have pieces that are based off of a single song.  Most of what I do is in clay although I am starting on my first bronze!
